JLL announced the expansion of its office in Costa Rica, reaching a total of 4,200 m² and becoming its largest headquarters in Latin America.

This investment marks 24 years of operations in the country and reaffirms its commitment to Costa Rican talent.

Since its last expansion in 2023, the company has added 242 workstations and 25 meeting rooms, generating nearly 500 jobs in the past year.

Milestones like this reaffirm Costa Rica’s position as a leading hub for knowledge-intensive services in LATAM and around the world.
