SAN JOSÉ, Costa Rica, October 21, 2015 - Ingram Micro Inc. (NYSE: IM) announced today it will open a new Shared Service Center in Costa Rica to support its rapidly growing Latin America business. To support the new facility, the company has started the hiring process for more than 120 positions.

Knowing the reputation of the company, this announcement is a source of great pride and satisfaction, as it broadens employment opportunities in many fields for the Costa Rican professionals and strengthens the country as the main hub for the provision of corporate services in our region".
“Ingram Micro has a long history of strong growth and profitability in Latin America,” said Jeff Aldaz, vice president of Global Shared Services for Ingram Micro. “This is a region of focus for us and we expect these trends to continue. The Managing Director of CINDE, Jorge Sequeira, said "The new services operation of Ingram Micro is a reflection of the consolidation that this sector has had in the country in the last years.
