Costa Rica. May 12, 2026. Feuji, a global technology company with over nine years of operations in the country, announced the expansion of its
Costa Rica center, where it designs and manages
artificial intelligence (AI), automation, and business services solutions for international clients.
The company expects to add up around 150 new positions over the next three years as part of a new phase that includes the expansion of its offices at

“Feuji’s Costa Rica operation now designs and delivers complex business solutions, particularly in artificial intelligence and automation. In 2026, the company reaffirms its confidence in the country with more hires and increasingly specialized processes,” said Erick Ballestero, Country Manager of Feuji Costa Rica.
Feuji is a US-based technology company headquartered in Texas. Founded in 2014, it specializes in

In Costa Rica, the company has added new business lines in DevOps and business process outsourcing (BPO), particularly in sales operations.
“Feuji’s expansion in Costa Rica reflects the evolution of the
services sector toward more technologically sophisticated operations. The combination of digital engineering, DevOps, generative
artificial intelligence, and specialized business services opens opportunities for
Costa Rican talent to take on increasingly complex, globally reaching roles,” added Ana Romero, Investment Advisory Manager at
CINDE.
Artificial Intelligence as a Global Value Driver
The company develops custom solutions powered by machine learning and predictive analytics. These combine large language models with real-time
data integration, built around a user-centered design approach.
A standout example is “Ask the Prospects (ATP),” an AI-powered sales enablement platform being developed and managed entirely from Costa Rica. The solution combines data-driven client simulations, gamified learning, and real-time analytics to improve the performance of commercial teams.
