Amazon to Open 2.500 New Jobs
• The company already employs 5000 collaborators in the country and expects to reach 7500 by the end of 2017.
• As a main requirement, applicants must master a second language.
San Jose, August 16th, 2017. Amazon Support Services Costa Rica announced today that they expect to hire during the rest of the year, 2500 people who master a second language like English, Portugese, Italian and French.
Other than customer service, Amazon offers administrative positions, as well as human resources, finance, research and fraud, and management positions.

This is a result of the effort done by Costa Rica to strengthen the competitivity conditions, thanks to a close alliance with the productive and business sectors. This makes us happy because foreign investment strengthens and allows the development of linkages that generate work and well-being”, said Luis Guillermo Solís Rivera, President of the Republic.
