Ultrapark II was established as a Park Management Company in 2008 to serve the service sector industries that have chosen Costa Rica to open operations. We are part of the Ultrapark Development Group, a conglomerate of real estate developments in Free Trade Zone in Costa Rica.
The Park, located in Lagunilla de Heredia, has 12 buildings and houses 15 multinational clients, several of them listed in the Fortune 500. We have AAA office spaces and cutting-edge technology, responding to the needs of our clients.
We provide concierge-type services to our clients, to satisfy needs beyond office spaces. For example, Plug & Play solutions for the conditioning of office spaces, cleaning, various maintenance, security, engineering, architecture, and others. This type of attention is one of our pillars, seeking to have a positive impact and collaborate with clients in the success of their operations. We also serve the common areas of the Park with services such as: recycling, decoration, occupational health, fire systems, electrical and fiber optic redundancy, facilitating access to transportation, renovation of spaces, Athletic Center, event planning and others.
Our clients' employees are also a vital part of the Park. Therefore, you will find services such as: food court, outdoor leisure spaces, Wi-Fi access in common areas, Athletic Center, courts for different sports, terraces, ATMs, car-washing, electric stations, parking for bicycles, and much more. We strive to create a professional campus environment in our facilities so that the population can develop professionally, while cultivating experiences outside the company.

At Ultrapark we have the ACTIM CSR program, focused on improving the education and preparation of Costa Rican youth to train young people who respond to the productive needs of the country, also finding personal and professional success.
