The project is just a block away from the City Hall.
Reliability, Quality and Technology, all the systems designed and installed in SPBC are of the highest quality available in the market, and, through the state-of-the-art BMS, we monitor and control every system of the building, ensuring all Tenants that they can rely on us. A high quality datacenter was built for the project services, but also capable to provide IT services to Tenants. There are plenty of ducts with fiber optics all over the building, with room for a lot more fiber from different internet service providers.
Efficiency, the floor plan was designed to maximize the space distribution, each floor plate can accommodate around 250 workstations. Besides through our LEED certification we ensure low operating expenses.
