Eurocenter Inmobiliaria de Costa Rica, ECR, S.A., Sociedad Costarricense, was born in April of the year 1998.
In the year 2.003, the construction of the “Office Building called Eurocenter I” began, with 6,439.02 leasable m2 and 237 parking spaces, ending in 2.004, in the Free Zone area, obtaining the qualification of Free Zone, very high finishing qualities, and certified as a Siemens USA Smart Building, with an extraordinary degree of acceptance in the City by the Multinational Companies that are our Clients. He obtained the René Frank awards, awarded by the Costa Rican Chamber of Real Estate Brokers in 2004.
In the year 2.006, the construction of the “Office Building called Eurocenter II” begins, with a leasable area of 11,415 m2, a Business Center and 455 parking spaces and warehouses, ending in August 2008, with very high quality designs and finishes, also constituting a success, with more than 95% average occupancy in all years. He also won the René Frank award for the best Office Building, awarded by the Costa Rican Chamber of Real Estate in 2011.
In June 2019 the construction of a parking tower of 699 units of 20,264 m2 of construction was completed.
Our company has started the construction of the Eurocenter V Building on October 5, 2020, which will have LEED GOLD Certification and a total constructed area of 9,150.83m2 and 6,063m2 of leasable area. The building is located in the Eurocenter Business Center, in Heredia, opposite Cenada, on the road to the airport from San Jose.
It has electrical redundancy, a restaurant, meeting rooms and an Auditorium for 94 people.
