CINDE Launches New Specialized Hiring Format to Connect Talent with Corporate Services Multinationals
- Designed to make every candidate company interaction count, CINDE Jobs Advanced reinforces CINDE´s commitment to facilitating access to quality employment through more specialized, high-impact connections.
- The first edition arrives at a critical time: the corporate services sector recorded its first slowdown nearly 2,000 fewer jobs in 2025, making an efficient connection between talent supply and demand more urgent than ever.
Costa Rica | March 26, 2026. CINDE announced the launch of
CINDE Jobs Advanced, a new series of sector-specific employability events designed to create high-value connections between qualified talent and multinational companies operating in
Costa Rica. The first edition will bring together 12 multinational companies from the corporate services sector for an intensive one-day event on April 30, where pre-selected candidates will access job opportunities aligned with their experience and qualifications.
Costa Rica has established itself as one of Latin America´s most dynamic foreign direct investment ecosystems, with more than 400 multinational companies operating in the country. “
That growth has intensified a shared challenge: companies need to fill strategic positions quickly and accurately, while qualified professionals seek access to opportunities that truly match their profile. CINDE Jobs Advanced is a direct response to that dual demand,” said
Marianela Urgellés, CEO of CINDE.
Multinational companies have expressed the need for more targeted formats that allow them to interact directly with candidates who meet their operational requirements. At the same time, professionals have voiced interest in spaces where available opportunities are relevant and aligned with their career paths.
“The market increasingly demands greater specialization, and CINDE is responding. When the match is more precise, results improve for both companies and professionals. Organizations are looking for spaces where they can access the talent they need, and professionals are seeking opportunities that align with their profiles. This format addresses both needs,” said
Vanessa Gibson, Director of Investment Climate at CINDE.
First Edition: Corporate Services, A Sector That Needs to Reconnect with Its Talent
According to CINDE data released in January, this sector- historically one of the country´s leading drivers of specialized employment- recorded its first slowdown in
2025, with nearly 2,000 fewer jobs. The figure sent a clear signal: in a segment where talent demand has been steady for years, optimizing how companies and candidates connect is no longer an operational improvement, it is a strategic imperative.
The 12 participating multinational companies will be looking to fill positions in areas such as finance, accounting, human resources, procurement, supply chain, sales, marketing, and customer service, among other functions critical to their global operations.
Under this format, talent is pre-identified and matched to each company´s specific requirements, increasing the effectiveness of every interaction. Selected participants will have direct access to opportunities that match their profile in an intensive one-day experience designed to maximize everyone´s time. Participants can also schedule interviews in advance with participating companies, enabling more relevant meetings and a higher likelihood of successful outcomes.
Three Strategic Niches, One Shared Purpose
CINDE Jobs Advanced does not end with this first edition. The series includes sector-specific events across three major niches that CINDE has identified as priorities for Costa Rica´s productive ecosystem: shared services (finance, human resources, and administration), information technology, and engineering roles linked to advanced manufacturing.
Each edition will be backed by CINDE Jobs robust, segmented database, enabling precise talent pre-selection and a more personalized experience for both companies and candidates.
“CINDE Jobs Advanced represents a natural evolution of CINDE´s work. Over the years, our experience facilitating connections between talent and companies has consistently shown that greater specialization delivers stronger results for all stakeholders. It is not about doing less it is about doing better: making every interaction count, ensuring each candidate reaches the right opportunity, and helping companies identify the talent they are looking for”, Gibson added.
