Human Resources Executives Analyze Top-Notch Global Trends in Human Talent Development

• CINDE organized the 4th edition of the HR andamp; Talent Acquisition Forum. International and national speakers shared new trends in human talent development and management.

San José, Costa Rica. August 31st, 2018. Hundreds of professionals in human talent, operation site leaders, and specialists in talent acquisition of multinational companies, attracted by the Costa Rican Investment Promotion Agency (CINDE), participated during two days in the HR andamp; Talent Acquisition Forum. During the event, international and national experts analyzed and shared new trendy knowledge about human talent management.

In Costa Rica, more than 300 multinational companies generate over 100.000 direct jobs for Costa Ricans. During the event, they recognized the importance of keeping their executives updated with the most recent human resources trends.

CINDE’s Managing Director, Jorge Sequeira, commented: “The fourth industrial revolution not only represents new challenges for the global labor pool, but for the companies and its relationship with their workers, as well. Today, the labor pool has different generations with technical and soft skills, and professional goals that directly contribute to the companies’ operation. For CINDE, it’s crucial to keep updated all the staff directly involved in HR topics and the best way to do it is by bringing to the country international leaders, gathered with local specialists, to share their knowledge with the audience.”

Some of the lectures developed during the event were: Analytics from an HR Perspective; Agile Methodologies on HR Processes; HR of the Future; Diversity and Inclusion; Coaching, Technology in HR; ROI in HR programs, among others.

CINDE organizes this kind of events with the main objective of bringing the best tools to the HR managers in charge of boosting Costa Rican human talent within their operations.
