REIFER ARQUITECTOS (ARQUIGRAF S.A.) is a company that provides consulting service in the areas of Architecture and Engineering and, it has an interdisciplinary team of collaborators of great experience and responsibility, which allows them to achieve their commitments day by day. The company, with over 30 years of experience, has carried out a variety of works of great importance.

More than 250,000 square meters have been designed in a great diversity of both independent and corporate works, such as commercial, institutional, industrial, banking, recreational, hotel, educational and housing buildings as well as office buildings.


1. Diagnosis: In this phase the overall
analysis of the project is developed. For this stage it is fundamental to
approach and define a preliminary architectural program of the project based on
the vision and objectives of the client, this program has to be related and
adjusted to the actual marketing capabilities and physical conditions offered
by the site. As a conclusion of the preliminary studies, the analysis and
initial approach for the development of the project are presented at a
diagrammatic and conceptual level. The following aspects are included within
the scope of the Preliminary Studies: (a) Review and compliance of the project
with the current regulations; (b) Land Use; (c) Construction withdrawals; (d)
Verification and processing (if necessary) of maximum height allowed; (e)
Availability of running water; (f) National project impacts; (g) Availability
of rainwater discharge.

2. Design: Based on the project design
approved by the client, we develop the Construction Plans that will illustrate
and describe the design in more detail, defining the size and character of the
project, including all architectural information, through distribution plants,
elevations, sections and details. The construction plans will include the
technical specifications that identify the materials and systems to be used in
the project, in order to establish the level of quality that is wanted at the
construction stage. The design of the Construction Plans will include the
participation of professionals from each consulting specialty: structural,
mechanical and electrical, as well as, all the architectural design. As part of
the detailed design process, which is necessary for the development of the
project, our company manages and coordinates all complementary studies needed
or required by the institutions involved in the approval process for the
execution of the project. Construction plans will be drawn up in accordance
with current building regulations, both by government entities and other
institutions that regulate the different public services.      

3. Inspection: This service consists of
the periodic control of the construction process in all its technical aspects,
under the coordination of the different inspectors and in conjunction with the
Contractor in charge of the construction and the Project Director. As a general
breakdown of the scope included within the inspection service we have:

• Verification
of the quality of the materials and construction process by means of laboratory

• Periodic
reports on the work process.

• Approval of
materials and equipment to be installed, proposed by the contractor according
to specifications.

• Control of
disbursements regarding the progress of the work and determination of
compliance with the established construction deadlines.

• Justification
and authorization of "extra works" and their subsequent approval for
payment, with prior authorization from the owner or Project Management.

• Review and
approval of invoices or bills submitted by the contractor.

• Acceptance of
the final work in presence of the client and preparation of the general report.

4. Corporate interior design: Knowing the
importance that interior design in commercial premises, offices and companies
has as business strategy, we offer corporate space design services; which
include space diagnostics, brand experience, design, decoration, and
construction supervision. Our proposals aim to create spaces with standards of
innovation, state-of-the-art technology and applying the latest market trends.

5. Accompaniment of the client: We provide
accompanying services and specialized technical advice, as well as, the
representation of the client that will allow a greater added value of your
