Not only is it a source of high quality employment for more than 600 of our Costa Ricans, but it is one of the companies that has allowed the successful incorporation of Costa Rica into global value chains. However, as the technological evolution, in which we are currently immersed, advances quality and excellence requirements are increasingly high and sophisticated. Therefore, we are pleased to know that our country is keeping up with global competitors, and that the local operations of the company are awarded with excellence. We commend Allergan for this distinction and from the Central Government we will continue to redouble our efforts to strengthen the conditions that have allowed its successful operation. "

Mr. Nelson Rodriguez Muñoz, Vice President and General Manager of Allergan Costa Rica said: "This recognition is the result of the disciplined implementation of our Operational Excellence System and the development of a Work Culture based on continuous improvement and excellence. Of course, this achievement would not have been possible without the contribution of our collaborators, characterized by their talent, commitment and passion. "
